They take advantage of foreigners paying with credit cards. Use cash and not your card. Their exchange rate (which can easily be found on the Internet) is inflated (scam). They attempted to blame the credit card company for the conversion that resulted in them getting more than they communicated to me. The Secretary of the Treasury and Foreign Exchange Commission are responsible for the exchange rates. Stay away.
